FAQ

A word about handmade work

All glass and metal components are crafted by hand using traditional techniques. As a result, minor bubbles, subtle variations in form, surface markings, and variations in tone and texture are inherent to the handmade process. These characteristics are normal and expected, and are not considered defects. Such variations are an integral part of each piece’s character and contribute to its individuality. These differences do not affect the performance or integrity of the fixture.

Custom Work

We welcome custom inquiries and take pride in collaborating on thoughtful, one-of-a-kind projects. While not all requests can be accommodated, our team will gladly review your ideas and advise on what may be achievable within our design language, production capabilities, and lead times.
